No Returns
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
No Refunds on Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you may be eligible for a replacement. To request a replacement:
– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
– Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order number
Approved cases will be replaced at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds for damaged items—replacements only.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and secure.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
